    Abstract:

    Since the conventional second order cyclic statistics algorithms degenerate severely in the impulsive noise environment, this paper takes the -stable distribution as the noise model and presents an algorithm of Direction of Arrival (DOA) estimation based on the fractional lower order cyclic correlation. The algorithm transforms the DOA estimation of the wideband cyclostationary signals into the narrowband problem with the “center frequency” , by using the phase shift characteristics of the fractional lower order cyclic correlation. Simulation results indicate that the new algorithm is superior to the classical SC-SSF.
